Picking up my new car one of these days. Calling around to have two things installed that were "On constraint" so I didnt order from Factory

High Wing Spoiler install, Quoted $1320. Its a $1300 option from Factory that includes installation. I still need to buy the wing in addition to the $1320

From Splitter- Install $550. Another piece that would be included in the PDI if availible from Factory, but instead I have to buy aftermarket splitter and pay to have installed.

Just wow. I expected like $600/$200 for the prices. 3 hours and 1 hour.

Exhaust $1760

Local places wont install because not OEM Parts.
One Said he would, but has been dragging me around. The Install Tech isnt here, the boss has to approve. Its okay, but the Install Exhaust guy wants to see it before he commits.

My normal guy doesnt do Exhaust.

My old Exhaust guy wants to see the car lifted before he discusses if he can do any work.

I ended up finding a guy who is supposed to do all the work "cheap" so hopefully he does a good job/doesnt steal my car haha.

Rear bumper does have to come off for the high rise and same thing with exhaust.. bumper is off

Correct, on the C8.

If your familiar, it shounds li the Rear can be off in 20-30 mins. But needs to be off for both exhaust and Highwing.

did you buy the stuff from sigala? if so they have pretty straight forward videos on how to install all the stuff. definitely a bit intimidating cutting into your shit if you haven't done it before. but everything I've read says its pretty straight forward.

Last guy that wanted a borla exhaust we quoted him like 4-5 hours lol.

Maybe 20-30 minutes if you've done one before and know where all your bolts are etc. First i'd say at least an hour or so
