You want the option to make monk a 3 door class and pally a 4 door. I disagree on the fact that monk is hard to climb and pass for a reason and should remain 4 doors always. However if you just want to add a door to pally and make it 3x 4 door classes in a row, I could get behind that :D
This addresses the root if your goal, which is to give agency on what character you find a 3/4 door pass less challenging. Seasons are already too short. I'd make every class have +1 door
