Considering the average is 1/400 maps for juiced, I’d say you don’t have a big enough sample size. Juicing doesn’t just drop the one thing you’re after, you’re also getting raw currency and other drops that makes it worth while even if you don’t drop an apothecary.

"Heavily juiced" is a bit subjective. There's a big difference between throwing in a few a scarabs and actually juicing a map to the max.

If you wanna moderate juice, follow this:

4 rusted or polished scarab
4 sextant that applies packsize
Beyond on map device
Roll map for atleast 28%+ packsize (Apply deli orb but not mandatory)
Select Alva as the master mission

Also heavy juice, should only be done in full party.
