I searched this topic first and saw it has obviously been discussed before. To put it simply 1500fg to change your name is too high. My current platform of choice is xbox. Your first name change is free. After that, it costs $10 or appx 250-300fg. This is a much more reasonable cost.

I have read concerns over name changes and how it would allow scammers to roam freely, but that doesn't make much sense. With vpn’s and other tools available a name change is not a deterrent.

I cannot see a reason why the cost as high as it is. Even Diablo Immortal had a function that was maybe $7. Incase you are unaware Diablo Immortal is a mobile version of diablo that has extreme pay to win functions.

Happy to hear anyone’s thoughts on the matter.

Name changes are FG sinks, just like any purchase.

So it should be reduced because you can change it cheaper somewhere else?

Yes. I think that if multiple other places offer a service for 30% or less of what you are asking, any smart business would adjust their model.

Where is the other conglomerate that's offering such low prices on name changes on their forum??
It's been 1500 since I can remember, and that's really not that expensive.
If someone wants to go spend $50 to buy fg from the site to change their name rather than going to buy a digital currency in a game to sell (where you'd get much better ratio), then let them.
