Imbue - Is the Item affected from Difficult ?

Like i Imbue a Eth-Ancient Armor no lvl Req all the time with a lvl 12 Char = is there a different then ? from the founded armor from Normal / Nightmare or Hell ?

Character and item level matter.

Diadiams Tiaras and Coronets work differently and you can get really good ones from a very low level, but there is a level req to get +2SKill you can't get it lvl 1.

I think all 3 work differently.

Diadems is like lvl 8 or 9.
Coronets and Tiaras require more.

I usually haven't bothered or had the proper item to imbue until I was much higher level so the numbers aren't in my memory.
