Ye 5$ Botted accounts, 90% of smurf q report/ticket botted accounts especially diamond 2+, if you're some random low elo "smurfing" than it doesnt matter : )

It's hit and miss. Tickets produce more results than reports, I've bought somewhere around 150 accounts in 10 years of playing and maybe 15 have been banned for botting. All bought from the same guy, but generally if you're not toxic / don't get someone upset that you hard smurfed and ticket you you'll never get banned.
