I've worked out doe nearly 7 years now and only in small gyms where shit like skipping ropes and stuff don't exist.
Bought a heavy rope, five pounds for shits and giggles since I'm getting older and have been putting more effort into my heart and lungs rather than just always lifting for strength.
That thing is efficient. 15 minutes gets me primed and it's decent for cardio.
If you have never tried one just do it.
