Hi all, first time playing D2R after not playing D2 for many years.

I've been in current ladder about 1.5 mths now and I've already had a Cham and Sur rune drop.

I don't think i've ever had a single high rune drop when i played D2 in the past after like 3 seasons and I sank way more hours than I've done this time around.

I know RNG is crazy in this game and maybe i've just gotten lucky but did they change drop rates at all between Old D2 and D2R?

they increased rune drop rates in like 1.13 LOD iirc

Sure Blizzard has
1) increased rune drop,
2) removed monster immunes

They make game easier, so ONLY NOOBS PLAYING d2r atm

Yes I find usually 1HR per chaos run now
Blizzard also playing around with rng and increasing and decreasing mf and rune drops as very well known through the years.
On Christmas it’s actually +1000% chance to find hr if you activate gem.

They make it d3 compatible. Stupidifying everything. The good old days are officially over. It's sad as hell.

Yes! Knowledge of a lot of bugs - this was a real power! I.e. Andy bug is superknoledge

is it possible that high rune drops are slightly increased due to terror zones? not base drop rate increase but more areas to farm that have them?
