Well I just made a full hurricane as my topic says and I had :

30/30 sword/-58 doom/hoto
Spirit shield (didnt try a 20/20)
Arach
Silk
TO
Sojs/fcr rings
Sunders 70
9x ele skillers
Torch/anni
Cta swap

I can say that I needed like 2-3 hits to kill cow in p1. Was EXTRA safe as a build, but not comparable to dragondin/auradin as a p1 fast farmer. Never used nado but had like 6k nado as well. So as a boss killer and a safer runner for sure 100% go with him. But isnt faster than I though!

In lod both doom and 3030 are good options. I can't choose any over the other
Now in d2r with sunder i think would pick doom. The aura adds safety and +2 also give bonus to your tornados.

i tested it today with the 30/30 and a jmoc with 20/20 and pelt is 3elemental 20fcr with 2 sox also with cold facets, hurricane gest to 4k+ dmg it beats cows on 2 hits most time on p1, also easy chaos travs and pindles. as said, feels like aura but slower and less range but with tp, and yeah i love it just to be junk build.

for me the 30/30 becomes better than Doom, Doom for pvp just for the frozen aura.

would love to get one like this one.
