Your merc should be able to deal with them, as he is killing them hit him with holy boly to keep his life up

Merc w strong insight, treachery, and a LL helm should work.

1pt in fanta also a good idea for Ubers. You could try to smite them but it would be painfully slow.

If you are a hammerdin that means you have holy bolt.

You can Holy bolt the second wave, itll be slow.. but you can probably go do it right now without having to gear a merc
