in what? to reach which ias frame?

decide on if you want 55 or 95 ias. does the ias jewel get you to either one of those? then yeah, it's better than an rbf

Better is rough to say - what do you want to achieve? Hit a higher ias breakpoint? If yes, is jewel is probably better. If not, well, an Rbf is better obviously
