I know since they changed WSG/FHR this has been controversial in PvP. I've seen people say you no longer need X fhr breakpoint, you just need SOME fhr. Is this still true, and so if i have literally the lowest FHR breakpoint on my sorc, there isn't some substantial difference between that and say 30 fhr?
