After spending a few hours on the web archive machine i found some backup for Battlenets, The Arreat Summit webpage from last year:

Arreat Summit was a good resource. It was all simple charts no real dynamic content so you can find it all on Google caches, Wayback Machine or other archives.
Pretty easy to save it locally so you will have it forever. Does not take long to fix the links so you can navigate thru normally.

How can we save it locally? I would love to have it in my pc.

If you have minor knowledge of html you can save the relevant pages locally with a normal browser and then edit the html so the links point to the correct locally saved page and it becomes navigable.
If that is too hard just save the pages you care about and don't fix the links.

Sadly within JSP one can not just do it and provide it for others. JSP has rules (for understandable reasons) between the copyright issues and their fear of users infected each other with malware best thing I can say is just use Maxroll or some other fairly comprehensive site.
