Just make sure to move away from well unless you use it yourself or make lvl restrictions at 5 if you dont give out well to someone.
Who broke the well you saw who it was make it public probably, charname and username /who charname to view who it was ...
Generally speaking no rules on it but there are always options what to do about it the game is made good just not all abide by other people standards...
If it was noob forgive him but if it wasn't let him know about it...
