1080p you should even be fine with a gtx 970 but I recomend getting a 3070

You can swipe 1660ti's on e-bay for around $100-$150 cad

all more than adequate, or if you want to get frisky you can go to Intels Entry Arc series, they are inexpensive also

D2R runs 980s easily and perfect.

After that next suggestion is 3060, 3060ti and 3070.

However depending on your monitor and cpu you need to play with the bottleneck calculater.
