Pretty simple, you regen life at about 14 life per second, fight until your health goes to half, then go to town, do something else for 2 minutes, continue.


You can speed up the process with life regen items, with 10 on weapon/armor/charm you can reach more like 44 life per second.
Whilst you're waiting for life you could consider fishing,

yes getting from level 66-71 is hard, it's supposed to be and why we've all been telling you to stat more vitality.
but it's simple a game of patience here.


You need no new gear and to just allow yourself to heal up. with easy mode on you only fight 2 at a time.
Not sure which abilities you went for except that you went for the rogue ability. If you have retribution or powerstrike or both, this should be reasonably easy.



For solo next time if you decide to melee again, use retribution and power strike, with easy mode this makes fighting 2 mobs at the same time very easy. Also aim for 100 vitality.
