1) multivitamin
2) creatine
3) protein powder if you cannot reach a good amount through foods.
Focus on building strength -> muscle will follow -> overall metabolism will increase -> fat will melt off.
Simple as that, nothing else is needed, keep calories relatively low, keep protein high and intensity high.
