I work at a local supplement store - a decently popular one.

Been working there for several months now on the side to help fund the fitness journey... Some supplements can be pricey...


but the ones I can buy at the store I get a decent discount on and also get to see some industry info which is cool.


Ask me anything! Or tell me your favourite OTC supplement other than Protein/Creatine/Pre workouts

Supplements are expensive as fk. Good gig getting a discount.

I generally stick to protein, pre workout, pump formulas, creatine, greens powders and BCAA’s sometimes.

What would you recommend to use and why?

If I were currently on the sauce and already thick,solid,tight what supps would I additionally be taking from your store?

livercare. Always sells out to the juicers

Or a fish oil or hydration supplement dpending.

Wouldnt have anything left to help with "gains" but there are plenty of other supplements for maintaining health and simple vitamins as well.

considering 98% of people on gear literally look like amateur or never have lifted before you should recommended all supps to ALL customers.

they don't buy multis, protein powder casein for before bed, isolates for post workout, BCAAs, intra- post- pre- workouts, bedtime nootropics zinc magnesium whatever, water pills, yk the whole nine yards? I would've guessed they throw the kitchen sink at themselves if they're investing that much to sauce up
