Doms already setting in less than 6 hours after work out in right arm

But not in left which went tired first.

I was doing 15 reps of 22 lbs each arm..
I did about 5 sets?
When do Increase the weight?
Or should I Increase my rep range to 20 per arm?
I know I can do more weight but should I focus on form first?

Do 3x the sets on your left arm so it is sore as well

Took me a month but the muscle memory kicked in and I'm back to curling 50lb dumbells 🙏💪🏾
