I change the US version of dragonflight for the EU version, I bought it by mistake and it doesn't work for my account.

Did you try contacting Blizzard's customer support? May be worth the try so they can refund you or change the region of the game license.
If it's a game license you have actively played on, they won't be able to change it though.

This will work. Needed to do the same for a few of my account a few years ago.

I am sure blizz has policies that purchases of bnet balance made within 14 days or something, can be unconditionally refunded.
however not sure about if it applies to purchases in online shop.

I'm trying, I haven't played obviously because I haven't been able to activate it because my account is US, but they tell me that they don't change the region key :( That's why I asked here if anyone needed a US in exchange for an EU.

Oh it was hard to tell with how you worded it! not sure if this is a legal trade here technically

Blizzard incorrectly sent my friend a Collector's Edition with US keys some time ago, and they were able to swap his keys to EU.
