Ya, and the higher ratios of affixes to good rares means most people will instantly imbue their upgrade rares instead of hording to sell them

It depends on your build, which is entirely dependent on what content you're doing.

In general, rares are bis. For specific builds, that are best for specific things, uniques will be slightly better in the very end. Not by much though.

Even rare with legendary power on it once its enchanted it couldn't be traded so trading is there only on paper but soon people will figure they were tricked.
