this is what it says with just four tabs open and discord

when I'm playing steam games it gets really hot so I'm not sure if it's normal, but I don't think it is i'm not sure what I need, I do not have a liquid cooling or water cooling

There's a multitude of reasons why this could be happening. If you could provide some of the following information;

CPU Cooler: x
Case: x
Fan Orientation: x

If you have your fans setup correctly & you have a case with good airflow you should adjust your fan curve and be all set .. even tho ur not on a liquid cooler it’s only a 3070 it should be fine . People think you can buy a computer and not have to set the fans up correctly abd everything will be ok. The only time that happens is if u get a build from micro center and the program it prior to releasing it to you .

The screenshot is his CPU, not his GPU

More than likely a case of inadequate CPU cooler or fan curve/orientation ~ but could be many other things also

If you're using the stock cooler, you need to upgrade it.
