I started doing crossfit (3 times per week on first month, then 5 days a week for the rest until now) and change my food, replace food with sugar and start eating a little bit better, thats about it :)

While I do think the lighting is helping you out a bit in the 'after', there is definitely an observable difference. Keep going, the real 'after' will take years of consistency.
