Even 76ers homers would take Giannis over Embiid every day

I like Giannis though. His traveling just drives everyone nuts.

Man who has DPOY, 2 MVPs, FMVP, and a ring isn’t clearly favored over Embiid who has… accomplished 0 hardware?

Lol you act as if Embiid's last 2 seasons weren't right on par (if not better) as Giannis 2 MVP seasons. Granted, Embiid missed some time in 2020-21 which is why he lost out on MVP to Jokic that season. But he finished 2nd in MVP voting the last 2 seasons because Jokic had to go have all-time great statistical seasons. Just awful timing for Embiid to have the seasons had that would have won him MVP any other time (and all-NBA 1st team too). He did win a scoring title (something Giannis hasn't done).

Giannis has him on durbility/availability no denying that. Embiid is the more talented/skilled player, but I'll give Giannis the edge mentally he's a dawg even if he's a stiff who can't shoot and just relies on running people over.

If he so good why hasn't he carried a playoff RUN yet? How old is embid now, times running out bud. Guys like him, falls off quick. You always talk and act like embid is this crazy dominant force, yet he comes up short every single time with ample support. You always praise every move your gms have made, soo there isn't really any excuse.

Lost to the fucking Hawks lmfao in a playoff series to advance to the ecf.

He's having the best season of his career and has continued to get better every season. He's still got s few more MVP caliber seasons in him.

I dont praise every move the previous GM's have made lmao. Well, except Hinkie because he's the reason the Sixers became relevant again and got actually All-Stars and a superstar during the tank era but that was cut short.

They've struggled to provide a serviceable backup behind Embiid. They've struggled to have decent depth in general in previous seasons. Look at the season they had Butler, the Sixers were dominant in thr playoffs when Embiid was on the floor but when he'd step off to take a rest they would get destroyed. It's like that every season, Embiid has to carry and puts up monster numbers in the playoffs but he doesn't get a ton of support in the last couple of years.

This season they have the deepest team they've had in the Embiid era. Morey has done a great job in the short time he's been here, he inherited a mess with the Horford contract (got us out of that) then the Simmons holdout situation. Then in Moreys two drafts having picks in the 20's he got us Maxey and Melton (trade), both home runs.

I still don't have faith in our backup bigs. Harrell is good offensively but he can't defend well.

 yea blah blah blah typical nonsense

Embitch is no where in the league of Giannis. This isn't even a debate. Go look at giannis game log in a Finals clinching. Embitch cant even dream of doing that. Stay in your lane.
