I have 2 devices that require poe, 1 that requires poe+ (wax610y), and printers/computers which don't but are currently hooked to the switch I have already (doesn't support poe)

The 2 devices that run off just poe have a separate poe cable but the poe+ doesn't. Probably a total of 8 devices on the switch.

This will mostly be used for my outdoor access points as it's for rental properties but also some light office equipment. 1gbps down 40 up.

Uncensored or measured?
Safe to run computers or printers on the poe+ switch?

not sure what the uncensored or measured is but the printers/computers are fine to run on poe, if a device doesn't need poe it just won't use it
