Looked up some guides and I'm not really getting anywhere.
Amazon says the device I purchased is touchscreen.

I've tried to update the device through device manager. The device name does not have "Touch screen" in the name kinda makes me wonder.

Tried calibrating the device.

I've tried tablet mode.

It's some import Chinese portable monitor that runs off hdmi and usb.
Displays just fine but no touchscreen.

X99 gigabyte motherboard
I7 5960x
GTX 1080ti
Windows 10 home 64 bit

maybe has a driver you need? google the monitor name + drivers and see if there is a touchscreen driver

Or maybe any buttom for enable/disable the touch thing?

Figured it out.
For some reason it didn't like me using a display port to hdmi adapter.
No idea why that would be.
Works fine going straight into the hdmi
