friend of mine has an HTML assignment due and i owe a favour, need someone that can help
its styling and translating an image of a table to a webpage
the list of attributes included in the assignment are:
colour

the table:

the top line (with the number and names and such) is a dark green with white lettering
then the rest is white background with black lettering
and when you mouse over a line it highlights light green
i have SS's of the assignenement but they were taken from a phone and not very high quality but can share via discord if needed
