Why do you write kcal over calorie ? You're vastly misunderstanding my post . The issue I had was I wasn't able to eat enough calories . I would get full from 1,400-,1800 calories A day. It wasn't easy for me to consume 1,800+ calories A day at my feather weight BMI :bonk:

Kcal means kilo calorie, by 1600-1800 calorie you mean actually kcal because you could never live off 1600 calories. That would be starvation. Google it for youself, I think it's another American thing alongside pounds, limbs, feet etc.

I answered your other question already with the salad example. Think, lean people have small stomaches. They're easily saturated. The key is to eat high density food (dense with energy)= > fat. Best fats are unprocessed plant fats.

Kcal and calories mean the same in the U.S.A. I don't use the term kcal when speaking about calories . Calories must mean something else in your country if you don't think 1,600 calories in A day is livable . 1,6000 calories is approximately 3x 534 calorie total meals in A day.

Not just the US, in the rest of the world, there is no such a thing as small and big calorie. Calorie is just calorie and 1000 of them is called kilo calorie or kcal.
You started complaining about my kcal usage, I told you why. 1600 calorie for me is 1.6kcal, bread crumbs would equal to that :D
