Why do you write kcal over calorie ? You're vastly misunderstanding my post . The issue I had was I wasn't able to eat enough calories . I would get full from 1,400-,1800 calories A day. It wasn't easy for me to consume 1,800+ calories A day at my feather weight BMI :bonk:
Kcal means kilo calorie, by 1600-1800 calorie you mean actually kcal because you could never live off 1600 calories. That would be starvation. Google it for youself, I think it's another American thing alongside pounds, limbs, feet etc.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/kcal-vs-calories#differencesI answered your other question already with the salad example. Think, lean people have small stomaches. They're easily saturated. The key is to eat high density food (dense with energy)= > fat. Best fats are unprocessed plant fats.
