I personally have A very diffficult time eating enough food to hit my macros. I genetically am full at a lower amount than what is required of my muscles to repair & grow. I have to force myself to eat more and pay dearly with A upset stomach after or I have to supplement macros :fume:

When I was younger, I had to drink a mass gainer made with whole milk. Shit was like 800+ calories.

Drank it after every workout or right before bed.

It worked, that's for sure.

Eating enough food isn't no joke for us small natural folks. Eating enough is so challenging for us  Me going from 140 lbs to 175 lbs was A enduring battle.

Everything is so high in calories, it feels like breathing next to good food makes me gain weight.

Eating enough calories is the easy part. Not eating too many...now that's a challenge.

Eating enough food is very easy. 1g fat equals 9kcal, 1g protein or carbs 4kcal. Logically, you get the highest amount of calorie densety from fats. The mistake people do is eating all kind of BS which upsets the stomach. Just make a salad, use cheese and large amounts of olive or sun flower oil as dressing. Eat it with bread. You won't have any health side effects and gain all the calories you need.
Not eating too much while you try to lose fat is much harder. I am at 14% right now. The last kilos are a real struggle.

Also very simple, you can gain moderate amounts of muscle while being on defecit when you're untrained then the gains stall. Your body just burns any amounts of protein you intake while on defecit afterwards. Protein is like sugar, 4kcal per gram. No amounts of kcals coming from protein shakes are going to help. That method is forced malnutrition. The real way to gain muscles is to not be on a defecit and eat just a little bit more carbs+protein daily. Just because you eat shitloads of calories and drink protein shakes you're body isn't going to build muscles faster. You'll just get fat. Genetics, regular exercise and sleep are more important.
The "bulking" method works for bodybuilders and "nat" influencers on roids. They're also the only ones who need 2g protein per 1kg weight.
I am 185cm, 91kg, 14% body fat. I don't intake any type of supplements.

Why do you write kcal over calorie ? You're vastly misunderstanding my post . The issue I had was I wasn't able to eat enough calories . I would get full from 1,400-,1800 calories A day. It wasn't easy for me to consume 1,800+ calories A day at my feather weight BMI :bonk:
