I just upgraded my PC with new CPU, MB, ram and I got nvme pci-e 4.0 disk. I will keep my RTX 3080, it should be more than enough.

This is my D4 setup:

AMD 5800X3D + AK620 Zero Dark
B550 AORUS ELITE V2
32GB (2x16) DDR4 3600MHz CL16
RTX 3080
Kingston 2TB KC3000 PCIE 4.0

now just need to wait few more months

Was with 6600 nonXT and bought 3060TI as I found it cheap used one and spend money for monitor. Will buy 144hz monitor and then I will feel 144hz or 1440p res. I dont think now I can feel the power.

youd be able to feel any power over 60fps theoretically .
a monitor is def your best next move.

im currently running a 5800X3D
4090
16gb 3200mhz ram, 14CL (needs an upgrade)
with a 4k 144hz monitor, and a 1440p 165hz monitor.

I want to upgrade to a 7900X3D so i can also get DDR5 ram. But then id need a new monitor since id be pushing 240 fps in pretty much every game. (this also requires a new mobo)

Maybe on low graphics.. otherwise there's no way you hit 144 in 4k in most new releases

oh yeah i meant on my 1440p monitor
i tend to use it on most games. it has a nicer panel, so colours are nicer on it.

4K i only use it on RPG games / MMO's. For the extra screen and nicer definition, plus with those games you can get higher FPS naturally. But yeah with D4 i can get lots of frames. But i think 165 is perfect in any game. personally.
the difference of 165 fps to 240 is not as big of a difference as most people seem to believe.

but 144, i can hit that on 4k in most brand new games.
165 little more difficult.

I have 5600x and 32 GB RAM, + 3070 TI

QD Oled 2k ultrawide 34'' = 3440 x 1440

Anyone has the same PC or something similar? Would like to check whether you were able to max settings on ultra/ how much FPS you were getting
