^Candyzcanes i did a scannow while not having screenshots or images on my desktop and here is the result

Code
C:\Windows\system32>sfc -scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag

since the code says all is repaired does it mean my issue is fixed?
Here is on of the errors in tge CBS.log
Code

nothing too crazy by the looks, as the others suggested maybe it is your drive, try creating a bootable memtest usb (google that) and then you can test your drives :)

but hey if it works, awesome

As of right now i still did not performed the bootable memtest usb suggested!

I did only the scannow method , yesterday arround that time i started to fill up the desktop with own game screenshots and random images/pictures from the net , right now i got arround 15-16 random screenshots + pictures no freeze almost 24 hours now , was my days off and wanted to play some D2R...

I only changed how the Screenshots were saved ( from PNG to JPEG)

Tomorrow i will leave the PC on idle state all day and night ( browser opened with 7-8 pages loaded + facebook and youtube ) while still keeping the screenshots and pictures , this was the state where the PC freezed all the time before will see if it will do it again if not then i will save sreenshots in PNG format to see if this is the reason!

So left the pc for 48 hours on with Screenshots and Images on my desktop where it was supposed to get non responsive and all was good , no freeze or unresponse!

the difference this time was that i saved 90% of the screenshots and images as Jpeg format and not as default PNG!
will do another 48 hour test with the default PNG format to be sure is not this the cause

So almost 20 days passed with no issues and this moring i woke up with the PC non responsive / freezed again!
What non usual thing i did yesterday was plugging my new gaming mouse into a random usb at the back pannel of the PC ( while having my old mouse still plugged in ofc) , tested the new one for 2-3 min then i unplugged it and i instantly get Blue sscreen of death ->

During the day i used the PC with no issues and went to sleep while leaving the PC on as usual !
Would the PC non responsive / freezed issue come from a problem with a USB port ?

does bootable memtest usb searches for problems in usb ports , i still have not tried it but will do these days!

Thanks!

sounds like your usb header is shorting out or something.. maybe it was that usb connector the whole time, if your usb drivers are up to date for your motherboard. no, memtest tests memory not usb drivers.

look up BlueScreenView to see what error caused it
