Items can be listed High value items like Tet Fallen god or Pen acces can be sold to a buy pretty easy with a P/o placed at a "dead" time of day/night.
For Silver You could do a Pilot/farm trade. Make a Party of 2 set loot filter party leader acquisition (party leader you) and the Seller (person getting FG) will grind. All items should go to your inventory (this might need to be tested to ensure it still works)
OFC you could Allow them to log into your account and Privately steam while on it via discord or twitch, while your afk or something. (higher risk would only accept an offer like this from someone with good rep)
