A - Falcons win outright
B - Browns win by 2+ points

you basically are betting falcons +1.5 points to there total
so if cleveland wins the game, 30-29
you win the bet because 29+1.5 = 30.5>30

No +1.5 would mean if falcons win out right or lose by 1 or less

If they lose by any more than 1 your wager is graded as a loss

If you bet the inverse (-1.5 browns) you need to win by a minimum of 2 pts for your wager to be graded as a win

Easiest way to think about it is you add 1.5 to the Falcons final score. After adding, if you're number is higher than the Browns final score, you win. If it's lower, you lose.
