Hey all, names Chris

Been training now for 12 years.

Competed in Canadian provincial and national bodybuilding competitions. Although now I just help lifestyle clients and losing fat/building muscle. Basically people just trying to change their life for the better. I don't do competition prep anymore.

How often do you find clients sticking to your programs / food plans 100%? (first 2-8 weeks)

For most my clients now i have them do macro tracking. And i set guidelines for them to stay away from. Like sugars, and too high of saturated fat content etc just to name a few.

Its much easier for them when they can eat the foods they like but stay disciplined with the portions, Hope that makes sense!
