Pretty simple,

You should always be able to edit the first post of a topic. When trading items you want to keep the original post updated. Pages always opens trade topics to the first page.
Another issue I also receive many pms about an item that was traded a week before.

Assuming other people have this problem? I forget to edit my first post over and over to keep it fresh.

I do not know if this should be trading forum only. I can see things like betting being problematic, but and edited bet should not count anyway.

Example.

I posted 2 Full characters for sale. One sold 4 Pages in.
Now I cannot update original trade thread that has other options to bin both.

1. They won't
2. Not really needed, just remember to update within 3 days. It keeps resetting timer every time you do it.
3. For old threads, just edit the body after u sell it to say "done" or "close"

Seems silly that you can refresh it within 3 days time but they cant leave it open
