Been trying to find a final build that includes cold sunder/ES/Blizz for HC Sorc if anyone has one. Thank you

Personally I wouldn't run es. Vita all the way.

Just make a blizz sorc and use the cold sunder?

Str/dex for gear, rest vita.

Max blizz and all its synergies, cold mastery
1 pt wonders like tele static cold armor

If you feel frisky you could try for max block, but if you know what areas you have to be cautious with and can teleport semi confidently, max vita is often safer

There's a whole debate about max block vs max vita on hc sorcs. Won't get into it but I've been fine all season with no es and max vita. Just don't be stupid while teleporting. Some will disagree. You decide.
