that is correct. for magic items the ilvl does not change while rerolling, for rares it does though

I found a 41 life GC in TZ. I guess TZ GCs have the same ilvl as baal/diablo/niha GCs.

Tz have +2iLvL more atleast, then your char is
Simple as that

So if you are lvl 89, every single GC droped from terror zone can be 45lifer

the huge drop in player numbers reflect this. game will be dead very soon even if they keep adding pvm bs
they just dumb it down more and more to the point now that the game requires no skill at all
i would be happier if they never even released D2R

that is not the reason for the huge decrease in people playing d2r...

d2r = d2 reskinned (WSG etc pvp changes is irrelevant because well, most players do not care about this at all)

people loved d2 for a long time, d2r didn't really differentiate it that much just better graphics, this is why it didn't become as loved and treasured as original d2, this is like common sense to me

nah if D2R was the exact 1:1 of LoD it would live forever.
unfortunately they forgot about the pvp part (End Game) that gave items actual value and kept the game going for 20 years

honestly i knew it was doomed before it was even released as soon as i found out everyone can have the same character name.
i knew player Ears wouldn't mean shit anymore and i knew they would completely neglect pvp

yeah they came out with d2r and fhr was broken as fuck and WSG wasn't working so they tried to fix it which made mindblast etc completely worthless

so they actually tried to solve an issue and fucked it even worse

if they made d2r as an exact copy of d2 it would not have been massive, I do not believe this is true AT ALL. It may have kept more people that were already playing d2 to begin with and pvping but it's just not that many people

in reality they had to make changes to try to get a new audience.. they kind of did neither they fucked people who played forever and ruined pvp in that sense + they didn't really add new shit
