Does the chance to roll a 45 lifer only on Baal Diablo drops or throne chaos sanctuary to?

And does terror zones have a chance

i think if baal drops any gc its like ilvl99 or something so you can reroll it with 3 p gems in cube for ONE chance at rolling a 45 lifer
after that the ilvl drops too much to be able to roll 45 life
dunno about terror zones i stopped playing that game because its dumb

yeah well it could also be a +1 skill 45 lifer when you ID it the first time
otherwise yeah its only worth rolling it once

i've gotten a 45 life gc off trav during a terror zone, my pally lvl 97 so yes you get get charms ilvl99 in t zones off the unique monsters if your lvl is high enough

Didn't think I'll depended on your lvl. Thought mobs had set ilvls

it goes by your chars lvl

this is from the patch notes:

Standard Monsters: +2 player level up to 96
Champion: +4 player level up to 98
Unique: +5 player level up to 99
The base player level used for the above calculations are taken from the creator of the game. If the host leaves the game, a new player will be selected for the base once the next Terror Zone is announced. Terror Zone monsters will spawn at their new modified level or their original level, whichever is higher
