To me the reason you have FHR is to avoid getting stun locked from an assassins mind blast or get caught up in a druids tornados or something... but since 2.4.3 patch you can only get stunned once instead of repeatedly like you used to... what's the point of using a Shael rune in a 2/20/visio circlet for the 20 FHR if it doesn't even matter... You could use a Lo rune instead or a 30 ed/strength/dex jewel for more damage...

No, they’re super fun for chaosing. Berserk at least is. Just howl and target the seal bosses then Diablo. A really good chaos barb can be done in like a minute in a full game.
