Heyo graphic designers!

I am developing a website and will require a few graphics. I am currently in the talks with a guy and I was wondering if his quote is 'fair' / is it market competitive?

Here is what I get:
4 navbar icons
Header Logo
Header GIF/animations ad sorta thing
Landing page banner
Tall banner that will have 3 illustrations of different actions that can be done in a game (rest is text I will apply)

290 USD is the quote

What would you estimate this to cost?

I understand that this is probably widely dependent on the designers skills etc.

Doesn’t seem very pricy to me. If it’s a good designer I’d get the deal. Look on random shit like fiverr and compare if you’re insecure.

Alright. I didnt really mind with the 290 USD just had no clue about pricing. Thanks for the help!
