Dont use it much generally prefer to use Kiras even vs bvc cause like all d2r pvpers have agility of an onyx when they pvp so it doesnt even matter but do rate this.

It's the first nec circ I have seen in d2:r without any wasted mods. However, the mods could have rolled a little better.

Still 8.5/10 from me
