Bowa pvp is the most straight forward build in d2r. You don't need tutorial for that.

I think best is to make a telebowa now because of the lack of desynch

Would a foi gmb work well with this build?

If I don’t have a 1.08 vamp gaze the guide says to use will a crown of ages work fine if used instead? Also, I got a foc dusk which has 8% physical damage reduced will that help with the physical damage reduction?
