I'm trying to change the email on my account, however, it says the email I have entered is invalid.

I double checked and tried several times to no avail.

I haven't forgotten my email. I'm currently using a gmail address. And I have a new one that's not a gmail address that I'm trying to use.

Do you remember which email you’ve registered your account with?
Secondly, do you still have access to the mailbox you’ve registered your account with? Double-check your email inbox history and see if you had mails received from d2jsp.

Yes, I've checked my mailbox and there isn't a mail from d2jsp regarding this. I don't think the process goes through when it says invalid email.

Is there perhaps a remnant of legacy code that fails to parse domains with relatively newer TLDs?

I think you may have misunderstood me, more specifically I asked to check your inbox history for any mail coming from d2jsp in the past to confirm that you’re submitting the right email as “previous email” in the form.

You should at least have a registration validation from before unless you’ve deleted it.

It saids invalid email most likely because you weren’t submitting the email you’ve registered your account with.

If you're trying to swap over to using Hotmail/Outlook, they've banned this site.

Yes the current email is a relatively long one. 37 chars. But I don't see why that should be a problem if it worked for registration.
