The video showed a handful of times where Loot actually dropped after an hour of gameplay. Like wtf am I watching?

Also they should cut back some of the jrpg anime animations. Looks gay.
I don't want to see a level one barbarian punching enemies that they explode. If a spell or a super powerful end game attack finishes the opponent then sure make it like it has the power to dismember and squish enemies into bits.


I want the feel like that power is earned.

This progression is something Diablo II does VERY well.

Your character never really reaches japanimu levels of absurdity with either melee skills or spells.

Barb's Bash, Conc, etc are just simple melee techniques with a simple graphic. Whirlwind and Berserk are a little more over the top, but nothing absurd.

Even the Necro and Sorc's magic is readable, has defined limits, and impact hitboxes that make sense.

Maybe Druid's Armageddon and Necro's Bone Walls are over the top, but that's not the norm.

In D3, everything is over the top animation wise.

They’re trying to copy how rare loot in d2 is but are failing miserably.

I remember how in D3 it was alway ONE item per elite pack, lol. Why not two, or three, or random number. Nobody knows. I mean they just don't understand what they are doing when designing this.
