With 70k thats 3 times more i would be able to invest 1500 to 2400 coins a month

True dat. If you didn't have: Car Payments, Mortgage Payments, Toy Payments, Child Expenses, Wife Expenses. The desire to buy something for yourself, the desire to go on vacations and stay-away trips. It's easy to see those things when you don't have the equity, when you have it, it becomes easier to succumb to your wants as well. I live a good life, and still invest. I should be able to retire in my 50's comfortably and own a couple properties.
