Since a Month i noticed my CPU Temperature increases with almost 10 degreece for 3-4 seconds than it goes back to normal temperature while the PC is almost in Idle mode
I uploaded short video where i have only opened the browser and refreshing youtube and you can see how the Temp goes from 35 to 47 celsius for 3-4 seconds

EDIT: Also when the temperature rises as in the video i hear how a fan or something in the case makes louder noise during that temperature rise and after that it calms down

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/enmlN5RkZIs

Any idea if this is normal thing or any advice ?

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor Liquid cooling " Coolmaster"
I have not touched the CPU paste or liquid for almost 4 years when i first bought the PC , maybe part of the cooling liquid evaporated and need a refill ?
I dont have any issues while gaming or stuff , no lagging or slowness is just that sudden temperature rise which drives me crazy!

Re-apply your thermal compound.

I assume your cooler is an aio, which means it’s not serviceable, no need to try to add fluid.

Is it bad if i do not re-apply it yet , I mean is it harming the CPU now somehow ?
Yes i think is an AIO since i hear a fan when the Temperature increses as in the video !

Probably just thermal paste that needs to be applied. Good to do it 1-2 times a year, tons of videos on Youtube.

Check to see if your CPU is boosting mhz properly/stable and go into Bios and lock cores to a stable mhz, but that temperature is more than adequate.

If it’s not overheating you’re fine. I’d suggest replacing thermal compound at least every two years minimum.

It's just a paste coolant to help maintain it's heat consistency, it won't kill it but overtime you will have the issues that you are having like heat spikes, etc.

Yes, as I had mentioned it could be boosting/not maintaining stable hz, you can go into your bios and set it to a median level that works for you. Base stable hz for your Ryzen 7 1700x is 3.4ghz and can max boost to 3.8ghz.

I would just set all cores to 3.4ghz and carry on, it will still boost up to 3.8ghz when it's required.

It’s still good practice to reapply thermal compound for optimal performance.

I might missunderstood cause i am not much familiar with hardware stuff ,

EDIT: so setting the correct MHZ can fix that temperature jumps ?

Yes sure thing , gonna do it these days !

Thank you guys!
