That is the most illogical statement I've ever heard in my life lmfao wtf? Nothing is perfect, but while D2 was hands down the best of the franchise, in my opinion, ARGs. It's nowhere near perfect and has its own flaws.
"Not Final" is just a caveat to say hey, some graphics may change, some abilities might not be the same. This is a glimpse of what we have to offer, but it is subject to change. That is literally how innovation works.
While I have my concerns with D4, everything you said was useless drivel. The game is not done yet.
