Go to Chrome.

Disable "Hardware Acceleration" from your Chrome browser's advanced settings menu. Make sure your Chrome version is v42 or higher.

k launched chrome disabled hardware acceleration and restarted

Give it a shot, If it doesn't work, lets keep troubleshooting.
