So, the whole idea is that me and my girlfriend can get on a site like omegle and both able to hear and feed sound at the same time from 1 pc (aka 2 seperate headsets) (mine is wireless and hers is wired.). I can provide any pc info if needed.

you're looking for a virtual audio cable. can take single input and put it to multiple outputs

Yes it’s working with Voicemeeter. You can split an output to different channels. If you need help or more info just let me know.
