why everyone is selling divines now except chaos and ex orbs ? what happened exectly ? had break like 1 year

I skipped this league, but in general its like:

benchcrafts which previously cost exalteds now cost divine orbs.
6 link vendor recipe gives 20 fusings instead of 1 divine orb

divine = new exalted in terms of value
exalted = useless except u wanna slam (?)

just one interesting thing that happened is that since meta crafting is so dogshit people are actually 'end game' crafting by slamming exalts ROFL (let's say on triple gg suffix / prefix item)
